Early in 2006 we were given a brief from Charles Wells Pub Company to produce a signage guidelines manual.

The guidelines were to be used as a re-branding tool for the Charles Wells estate to ensure consistent quality throughout the design, manufacture and installation period.

It was necessary for the guidelines to serve not only as a technical guide for sign manufacturers but also as a 'catalogue' for use by Project Managers during liasons with tenants.

After several months of preparation, meetings and revisions the guidelines were finally signed off in the summer of 2006.

The roll out of schemes commenced autumn 2006 and continue to this day...
