ISO Quality Award for Benson Signs

Following an assessment by an independent organisation, Benson Signs have been successful in achieving ISO 9001 Certification. This Internationally recognised prestigious award for quality is an International Standard in use worldwide as the benchmark for Quality.
The award recognises Benson Signs’ commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of UK business holding this Certificate, Benson Signs are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care.
Said a delighted Kevin Leary “We have always been proud of the service we offer our clients. Now with the award of ISO 9001, this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries.”
David Twells, who undertook the assessment for CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and training that enables Benson Signs to provide an efficient service to their customers.”

Benson Signs supply the wayfinding package for the new Museum of Liverpool

In January 2011 we were invited to tender for the manufacture and installation of the interior signage at the new Museum of Liverpool, situated on the Pier Head.
After being shortlisted we were asked to attend an interview where questions were answered, samples were explained and working drawings presented.

On 6th April we were informed that our tender submission was successful and on 12th May we were given the official order to commence production.

Despite the tight schedule all signage required for the opening of the Museum, on 19th July, was completed on time.

Subway overtakes McDonald's as world's largest restaurant chain

New large format printer purchased

We recently invested in an additional new wide format digital printer that will improve our capacity and enhance the quality of digital print we offer.

The latest Seiko H74 Colorpainter was chosen because it offers a perfect balance between high speed printing & excellent image quality.

The machine enables us to print on all roll media substrates up to 1880mm wide (74 inches) in 4 to 8 colours at 720dpi and at an impressive rate of up to 100 square metres per hour.

The printer uses a mild solvent ink that gives excellent durability and efficiency due to its unique ink delivery system.
